Two bedroom apartments include two bedrooms, a large living room, separate dining room, and a big kitchen space. There are a limited number of two bedroom apartments available in this building, and so these large spaces are offered to families first, and then roommates second.
The Sherman Avenue apartments offer great convenience because of its ideal location. Only a five-minute walk from campus and ten minutes from downtown Evanston, the apartments are set in a well-kept residential neighborhood with a playground and city park next to the building. It has one and two-bedroom units as well as some recently rehabbed units.
These one bedroom units include a 3-room and a 3.5-room option and include a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Many of these apartments also include a butler’s pantry and a decorative fireplace.
The two bedroom units are great spaces for families, especially families with dogs. Those students with children will be given first consideration for these apartments, and then roommates.
