The Sherman Avenue apartments offer great convenience because of its ideal location. Only a five-minute walk from campus and ten minutes from downtown Evanston, the apartments are set in a well-kept residential neighborhood with a playground and city park next to the building. It has one and two-bedroom units as well as some recently rehabbed units.
These one bedroom units include a 3-room and a 3.5-room option and include a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Many of these apartments also include a butler’s pantry and a decorative fireplace.
The two bedroom units are great spaces for families, especially families with dogs. Those students with children will be given first consideration for these apartments, and then roommates.
