Do you long for a clear process to help you proclaim the Good News of the Gospel to all? This 5-module course aims to help participants understand the necessity of offering good news in every sermon or gospel proclamation, to provide the rationale, structure, form and requirements for creating a good news message, and focus attention on the need for ensuring that a good news sermon: has a biblical foundation, is theologically sound, and applies directly to the specific audience.
This 6 session mini-course is beneficial for church groups, youth ministers, and anyone invested in young adults. It features Garrett-Evangelical alums, friends, scholars, and practitioners. It highlights their approach, rooted in deep listening to young adults’ experiences through ethnographic research.
This 6-part series will invite participants into embodied practices (somatics) that support returning to the wisdom of our body for the sake of our own healing and the healing of the world. What does the body have to say? Come and see.
