December 8th-9th | 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (CST) each day

This workshop is designed persons of any age or stage of their Christian life who desire to understand the need for authentic proclamation of the Christian Gospel. It makes accessible to all persons, including preachers, who recognize the proclamatory nature of the Christian life, and at the same time, makes real the assertion that preaching is the proclamation of the good news of the Gospel.

Using the text Good News Preaching: Offering the Gospel in Every Sermon, the workshop offers critical information on preparing a good news message that is based on the Gospel and engages attendees in practical ways to develop and present that message in formal and informal settings.

Workshop Leaders: Rev. Dr. Gennifer Brooks, Rev. Dr. Andrew Wymer, Bishop Dwight Riddick
