Embodied Leadership: Practicing Inner Work as Political Action

March 18, 2026 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 25, 2026

Embodied Leadership: Practicing Inner Work as Political Action is an 8-week immersive journey designed for social changemakers, movement leaders, healers, and practitioners who are ready to deepen their leadership from the inside out. This course invites participants to remember leadership as an embodied practice—one that integrates body, mind, spirit, and collective wisdom. Through the lenses of politicized somatics, polyvagal theory, grief tending, deliberate care, and trauma-informed awareness, we will explore how our bodies carry histories of power, resilience, and adaptation—and how reclaiming our embodied intelligence transforms how we lead, relate, and create change. Participants will learn to recognize their conditioned tendencies and nervous system patterns, build embodied resilience, and cultivate the capacity to lead from grounded presence. Each week offers a blend of somatic practices, reflective dialogue, and teaching to support integration and alignment. This course is for those who sense that inner work is political work—and who long to lead with more authenticity, integrity, connection, and care in service to collective liberation. $1000, Sliding Scale available, for an online synchronous cohort experience with Jia Johnson.
