Director of Faith and Leadership Collaborative
Reverend Gail Song Bantum is the Executive Director of the Faith & Leadership Collaborative at Garrett Seminary. She is a leadership developer, executive coach, and organizational change consultant with three decades of pastoral and executive leadership experience within diverse and multi contexts. Gail is passionate about empowering emerging leaders, and is a highly sought after speaker, preacher, and consultant. She served eight years as a WNBA chapel speaker for the Seattle Storm and is the co-author of Choosing Us: Marriage and Mutual Flourishing in a World of Difference. Gail is an ordained minister and received her M.Div. from Duke Divinity School. She and her husband, Brian Bantum Ph.D., have three adult children and reside in Pittsboro, North Carolina.
