Garrett will be offering guaranteed 100% tuition scholarships to new UMC applicants who have a minimum 3.0 GPA and who are applying for Fall 2026 to any of our master degree programs. Apply by December 31, 2025 to make your theological education affordable.

Doctor of Ministry (DMin)
In this online or hybrid program, learn from experts in the field as you explore research and content that transforms your ministry practice for the betterment of the people and systems that you minister to and with.
Master of Arts in Pastoral Care and Counseling (MAPCC)
Follow a clinical (60-credit hours) or chaplaincy and spiritual care track (48-credit hours) to advance your practice as a caregiver, supporting people through a trauma-informed approach.

Develop the scholarly depth and practical insight needed to shape conversations in both academia and ministry.
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
In this full-time, residential program, look to learn from scholars and become one, contributing to the collection of ideas that shape how we understand and teach others about a particular field of knowledge.
Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MTS)
Have a research question that keeps coming up for you as you practice ministry? This 54-credit hour program provides the opportunity to explore in greater depth your theological questions.
