DESCRIPTION:Another Idea (AI) about Artificial Intelligence (AI) Series\nWe invite the Garrett community to join us in a series of events: to deepen the digital literacy of participants through a clear explanation of various AI models\, design\, and uses; to wrestle with theological and ethical insights related to the development\, adoption\, and use of the specific AI example; and\, to form a community of discerning students\, faculty and staff through dialogue about the most pressing digital concerns today. Every event will have a resource to pre-read or pre-watch to allow for shared engagement. The events are meant to be mostly discussion-based after we hear from a guest or professor on the topic. For those on campus\, a meal will be provided.  \nOn October 13\, we will be in conversation with Dr. Kate Ott on the topic of “Are GenAI Agents our Neighbors?”
