Holy Hacks: Digital Life, Mental Health, and Faithful AI Engagement is a 5-biweekly synchronous journey designed to equip clergy and lay folks with a new way of living with technology, one rooted in spiritual practice, psychological insight, and ethical awareness. Given their leadership roles in guiding and supporting their congregations, this course offers practical tools to address digital anxiety, distraction, and overload, while helping them develop a faithful relationship with their devices and clear discernment around AI. It is not about rejecting technology. It is about learning to live with it wisely and mindfully. Meets March 3, March 17, March 31, April 14, April 28 (Tuesdays) at 10:30-12:00 noon CST.
