Alum News

This past September, we welcomed our newest students to the seminary. They demonstrate a wide range of past experiences and future plans, and the seminary is extremely proud of their commitment to follow their call to serve God, the church, and their communities. Inside the January 2019 issue of Aware magazine you'll meet six of our newest students preparing for a wide-variety of ministry settings.

You'll also hear from President Lallene J. Rector, who reflects on Epiphany and the guiding North Star, and from Dr. Jim Papandrea, who was recently promoted to full professor. Be sure to check out the article on the Center for the Church and the Black Experience to read about their newest members of the Board of Visitors and their upcoming programming.

Your feedback is always welcomed. Feedback on this issue or Aware magazine at-large can be sent to Shane Nichols, editor and executive director of marketing and communications, at Shane.Nichols@Garrett.edu.
