We are an independent congregation affiliated with The United Methodist Church. Candidates from different denominations are welcome. OCC is a mainline congregation with a progressive theology that is deeply committed to social and mission ministries.

We’re located 2 miles from Michigan State University. The school districts of the surrounding communities (Okemos, Haslett, and East Lansing) have consistently high rankings. OCC has a single worship service which is traditional in style. An alternative worship experience is planned.
