Director of Wesley House

Guiding an exciting campus ministry located on the edge of Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, is the opportunity for a new full time director. Responsibilities include building student leadership in a dynamic setting by offering ministry opportunities for worship, mission trips and local missions, small group interaction and spiritual growth. The director also works with a local Board of Directors to develop relationship with covenant churches for ongoing support and fund raising. The ideal candidate meets students where they are and offers a United Methodist standard of open hearts, open minds, open doors to all. 

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Theologically trained or ordination. Preference will be given to those who have completed or are in process of a graduate degree in theology.

The Wesley House at Ferris State University is a United Methodist ministry in higher education supported by the Michigan Annual Conference. A parsonage is available for housing of the director. Salary is commensurate with experience.
