Full Time/Perm Part Time:
Currently there are no staff openings at the United Library.
Student Employment:
Students attending Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and eligible for College Work Study awards may be considered for available Student Library Assistant openings in the library's technical services department. Student job openings are listed on Garrett's "Garrett Web" or students may contact Portia Kapraun, Student Worker Supervisor, to inquire about job availability. Typically, library student assistants are hired at the beginning of the fall semester.

Basic info for student applicants:
- It is not possible to do homework while "working" in the library. Please do not apply unless you can give 100% of your attention to your library work tasks.
- Typical student work activities include some combination of data entry, book processing, book reshelving, book repair, digitizing, appication of security devices, patron checkin/out, book shifting/relocation, creation of displays etc.
- The library gives priority to College Work Study students. Please confirm your status with the office of Financial Aid.
