A form for requests is available at the Garrett desk. Alternatively, send an e-mail including title, author, call letter and your contact info to United.Library@Garrett.edu. Faculty should please specify campus mail delivery when making title requests.
The United Library was established in 1981 when the libraries of Seabury-Western Theological Seminary and Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary were merged. The two seminaries, one Episcopal and the other United Methodist, are located directly across the street from each other and each school houses a portion of the 320,000 volume collection. We invite all patrons and visitors to explore the book stacks on both campuses, to use the public study spaces at both library locations, and to delve into our special collections of rare items.
