Our MDiv Plus Pledge to You. . .

 

We pledge to stay with our MDiv graduates for three years after graduation to support them along their path of professional formation. The MDiv Plus program will provide participants with individually crafted executive leadership education to strengthen the transition into professional life.

This program will serve MDiv graduates in many ways:

  • The collaboration of two prestigious schools: Garrett-Evangelical and Kellogg School of Management
  • mdiv-plus-kelloggFaculty members from both Kellogg School of Management and Garrett-Evangelical will lead six seminars over the three years, one each fall and each spring, focused on developing increased leadership capacity and knowledge of management principles. Founded in 1908, the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is committed to preparing future leaders for business, government, education, and a variety of other fields.  Founded in 1853, Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary is committed to preparing bold leaders for the Church, the academy, and the world.
  • Individualized and action-oriented support with experienced coaches
  • mdiv-plus-samaritanThe coaching will be provided by experienced clergy or counselors who have successfully completed a Clergy Coach Training program developed jointly by Garrett-Evangelical and Samaritan Consulting Services, a a division of Samaritan Interfaith Counseling Center in Naperville, Illinois.
