Is it the End of the World? The Book of Revelation and the Church Taught By: Dr. Jim Papandrea, Assistant Professor of Church History at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.
Is the Book of Revelation a code that can only be cracked two thousand years after it was written? Is the Book of Revelation a doomsday countdown? Or is the Book of Revelation a message of hope for a persecuted church?
Dr. Papandrea will answer these and other questions and talk about the way that the original audience would have heard the message of Revelation.
Seminar meets at The Sheil Catholic Center Feb. 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th / 5:00-6:00pm
The cost is free for grad or undergrad students, $5 Sheil Associates or NU faculty/staff, and $25 for the public (collected at the door).
