In conjunction with the seminary’s 160th Anniversary, Garrett-Evangelical is looking to recognize 160 great alumni who have helped transform the world. To nominate a Garrett-Evangelical alumnus who has provided exceptional leadership or innovation in his or her ministry, please complete the nomination form below.

The nomination form may also be dowloaded and emailed to seminary.relations@garrett.edu, faxed to 847.866.3989, or mailed to: Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, ATTN: Communications Office, 2121 Sheridan Road, Evanston, IL 60201.

Recipients of previous awards from Garrett-Evangelical are eligible. Nominations will be accepted through December 31, 2013. Additional materials – such as a biographical sketch, curriculum vitae, newspaper clippings or other supporting documentation may be included or sent separately and noted as appropriate.
